These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Muay Thai Records (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and all services, data, and features available on the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you (“User”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part, discontinue use immediately.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully, responsibly, without abusing features, and without interfering with the Site’s operation. You must not hack, disrupt, or overload the system, scrape or mass harvest data without permission, create fake accounts, or use the Site for illegal activity.

2. Account Registration

By creating an account, you agree that registration details are accurate, your account is for personal use, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials, and all activity under your account is your responsibility. The Company may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts at its sole discretion.

3. Platform Content

The Site displays fight records, events, statistics, user submissions, promotional materials, images, videos, and comments. The Company does not guarantee accuracy, does not verify content, may update or remove content at any time, and is not liable for errors, omissions, or outdated information.

4. Public Sporting Data

Fighter results, fight history, statistics, and event outcomes are considered public sporting information processed under Legitimate Interests and are not subject to erasure except where legally mandated.

5. User-Generated Content

By posting or submitting content, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission, your content is accurate, does not violate law or rights, and you grant the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide licence to use your submissions. You waive any right to remove or retract submissions except where law requires.

The Company is not responsible for user-generated content and assumes no liability for inaccuracies, infringement, or harm caused by such content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Company owns all platform code, layout, design, branding, trademarks, and proprietary systems. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the Site without permission. Third-party logos, posters, and media remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Purchases, PPV access, and subscriptions processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe’s terms, your bank’s policies, and applicable regulations. The Company does not store full payment details. Refunds, if applicable, are issued solely at the Company’s discretion unless legally required.

8. Advertising & Monetisation

The Site may display ads, sponsors, promotions, or monetised placements. Ads may appear alongside content. No User is entitled to compensation or revenue from such monetisation.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in harassment, abuse, threats, illegal betting, gambling, pornographic or hateful content, child exploitation, fraud, defamation, impersonation, copyright infringement, malware distribution, hacking, scraping, automation, exploitation of vulnerabilities, credential sharing, system interference, or any illegal or malicious conduct.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent account removal.

10. No Warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” All warranties are disclaimed, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, non-infringement, fitness for purpose, and uninterrupted service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for errors, downtime, data loss, user submissions, content displayed, third-party links, financial losses, or consequences arising from Site use. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, legal fees, and liabilities arising from your use of the Site, submissions, breach of these Terms, or violation of laws or rights.

13. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to external websites. The Company is not responsible for their content, accuracy, practices, or any harm resulting from access.

14. Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated at the Company’s sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations, misuse, or suspicious activity.

15. Privacy

Use of the Site is governed by the MuayThaiRecords Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
