Copyright, DMCA & Content Removal Policy
MuayThaiRecords is a neutral platform for public sporting data and user-submitted content. This policy explains how copyright, DMCA, privacy, and content-related requests are handled.

1. Neutral Platform – No Liability
The Company (i) does not verify ownership, accuracy, or legality of content, (ii) is not responsible for user-submitted or third-party content, (iii) is not liable for inaccuracies, infringements, or harm caused by content on the Site, and (iv) assumes no duty to investigate or adjudicate disputes.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to requests involving copyright, trademarks, privacy, GDPR personal data, impersonation, misidentification, event or fighter corrections, unauthorized likeness, and harmful content. It does not apply to public sporting data such as fight results, event outcomes, or factual records.
3. Submitting a Copyright Notice
Copyright claims must be sent to info[@]muaythairecords.com and include: (i) your name, (ii) contact information, (iii) description of the copyrighted work, (iv) exact URL(s), and (v) the following certification:
“I acknowledge Muay Thai Records does not verify copyright ownership. I submit this notice under my own responsibility and accept full liability for any incorrect or invalid claims.”
Incomplete notices may be ignored.
4. No Verification of Claims
The Company does not confirm ownership, verify legality, check truthfulness, require proof beyond the claimant’s statements, or validate claims. All notices are treated as unverified allegations, and claimants accept full legal responsibility.
5. No Guarantee of Removal
Submission of a notice does not guarantee removal. The Company may remove, retain, restrict, reinstate, or ignore content at its sole discretion and without obligation to justify decisions.
6. Counter-Notices
Uploaders may submit counter-notices. The Company does not adjudicate disputes and assumes no liability for outcomes between third parties.
7. Posters, Logos & Promotional Media
The Site may host publicly released promotional media. The Company is not liable for hosting publicly distributed content and may remove or retain such media at its discretion.
8. GDPR & Privacy Requests
Requests must be sent to info[@]muaythairecords.com. The Company may remove private images, private personal information, or non-public biographical data, but will not remove public sporting data, fight results, event outcomes, or widely available athlete information.
9. Incorrect Fighter or Event Data
Corrections may be requested with supporting evidence. Acceptance or rejection is at the Company’s sole discretion.
10. User-Submitted Content
Users are solely responsible for their submissions. The Company does not verify content and is not liable for inaccuracies, rights violations, or resulting harm.
11. Impersonation & Abuse
Impersonation, fraudulent reports, or malicious misuse of this policy may result in account action. The Company is not obligated to act on any request.
12. No Liability for Actions or Inactions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for content removal, non-removal, delays, wrongful takedowns, fraudulent claims, or damages arising from hosting or removal decisions.
13. Acceptance
By using the Site, you acknowledge that all notices are voluntary allegations, removal is not guaranteed, requests may be ignored, and you release the Company from all liability related to content hosting or removal.
