User Submission Agreement

By submitting any content, data, or material (“Submission”) to Muay Thai Records (“the Company”), including but not limited to fight results, fighter information, event details, statistics, images, videos, screenshots, posters, comments, links, and any corrections or proof, you (“the Submitter”) agree to the following terms:

1. Full Legal Responsibility

You accept full and sole legal responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information submitted, your ownership of or rights to submit any media, images, or content, and any consequences, disputes, claims, or damages arising from your Submission.

2. Copyright & Rights Warranty

You warrant that you own the copyright in your Submission or have full permission to submit it, that the Submission does not infringe any third-party rights, and that you are fully liable for any infringement. The Company does not verify or confirm copyright ownership.

3. No Defamatory or Harmful Content

You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, misleading, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive, impersonates another person, manipulates or falsifies sporting data, or misrepresents fighters, gyms, or events. You accept full liability for any harm caused.

4. No Verification by Muay Thai Records

You acknowledge that the Company does not verify the accuracy or legality of Submissions, does not investigate or adjudicate disputes, does not confirm ownership or truthfulness, and treats all Submissions as unverified. The Company assumes no responsibility for any Submission.

5. Irrevocable, Perpetual Licence

By submitting content, you grant the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, store, distribute, modify for formatting, publish, and incorporate your Submission into fighter and event records and platform content. This licence cannot be withdrawn or revoked.

6. Submissions Cannot Be Withdrawn

All Submissions become part of the platform permanently. Except where required by law, you cannot withdraw your Submission, demand deletion, revoke rights previously granted, or request removal of factual sporting data.

7. Advertising & Monetisation

You acknowledge that the Company may display advertisements, sponsored placements, or promotions alongside your Submissions and may financially benefit from pages where your Submissions appear. You are not entitled to compensation, revenue share, or royalties.

8. No Guarantee of Publication or Retention

The Company may, at its sole discretion, publish, edit, delay, reject, retain, remove, or ignore any Submission. You have no right to require publication or retention of your Submission.

9. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for your Submission, inaccuracies, copyright infringement caused by your Submission, disputes resulting from your Submission, consequences of removal or non-removal, or any loss or damages arising from your Submission.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal fees, and disputes arising from your Submission, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Public Nature of Submissions

You understand that Submissions may be visible to the public, fighters, promoters, gyms, fans, search engines, and social media. Do not submit anything private.

12. Acceptance

By submitting content, you confirm that you have read this Agreement, understand and accept all terms, assume full legal responsibility, and release the Company from all liability related to your Submission.
