How to Submit a Missing Fight

Last updated: 28th December, 2025

This is specifically for adding a missing fight to a fighter profile. If the fight already exists on the profile but doesn't have a result, please follow the Dispute a Result guide.

All actions require a Muay Thai Records account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create an account before submitting.

Step 1

Navigate to the fighters profile page you wish to edit and click the button next to the follow button.

Step 2

Then click the Submit fight option from the menu.

Step 3

You will need to enter the opponents name and the event name. If the event doesn't exist in the database you will need to add additional information such as the event date and location. You will then be asked to enter the result, method and round the bout ended in.

Submission Verification

To verify the submission, some form of supporting proof is required. This can be a social media post, a YouTube video (public or unlisted), or a Dropbox / Google Drive link containing relevant images or footage. Alternatively, you can send supporting media directly to @muaythairecords on Instagram via DM.

These links and files are used for verification only and will not be shared publicly. The only exception is to public YouTube videos, in which case it may be shared on the website.
