Owen ‘Wonderkid’ Gillis claimed the WMO Featherweight World Title on 15th March 2025, defeating Spain’s Antonio Orden by decision on Extreme Fighters 15.
Gillis, who hails from the UK and trains out of Masda Gym, previously held the WMO Featherweight International Title. His opponent, Antonio Orden, is a two-time WBC Muay Thai Featherweight World Champion and has also competed under the ONE Championship banner in 2023.
The bout took place over five rounds, with both fighters scoring knockdowns — Orden dropped Gillis in the first round, while Gillis returned the favour with a knockdown of his own in the final round. After a competitive contest, Gillis took the victory by decision.
